The signing ceremony and construction launch mark a major milestone for OCTA Development’s debut on Dubai Islands

OCTA Development, the real estate development arm of the OCTA Group, has officially commenced construction on its inaugural residential project, OCTA Isle Interiors by Missoni, located on Island A, Dubai Islands.

The groundbreaking and signing ceremony took place on-site, marking a significant step forward in the company’s vision for elevated island living.

OCTA Isle Interiors by Missoni introduces a curated collection of 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom apartments, each designed to reflect the signature artistry and craftsmanship of the Missoni brand.

Set against the backdrop of Dubai Islands’ pristine waterfront, the development promises a resort-style lifestyle with a focus on design excellence and premium amenities.

Construction is now underway, led by OCTA Development in collaboration with strategic partner Crystal Group, piling and framework specialist Aquapile, and architectural partner NEB.

The ceremonial first shovel was turned in the presence of key stakeholders, symbolising the start of a new journey for the developer.
