A new real estate project sees the light in Dubai with investments exceeding Dhs73 billion. Emaar Properties has launched its latest project, The Oasis, which will occupy a total area of more than 100 million square feet, with a total development value of more than $20 billion allocated for this project, which is distinguished with exceptional architectural designs by the most famous architects in the world.

The project launch ceremony was attended by Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan at the Armani Hotel Burj Khalifa.
