A total of 3,112 real estate and property transactions, valued at Dhs9.4 billion, were conducted during the week ending May 12th, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD). The top three transactions were a land in Al Safouh Second, sold for Dhs300 million, followed by a land in Saih Shuaib 4, sold for Dhs148.25 million, and a land in Island 2, sold for Dhs128 million.

Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for the week, with 57 sales transactions worth Dhs139.49 million. MADINAT HIND 4 followed with 23 sales transactions worth Dhs29.24 million, and Al Hebiah Third with 13 sales transactions worth Dhs56 million in third place.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment sold for Dhs150 million in Burj Khalifa, followed by another apartment sold for Dhs60 million in Palm Jumeirah. In third place was a property sold for Dhs53 million in Um Suqaim Second.

The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was Dhs1.89 billion, with the highest being a land in Al Karama mortgaged for Dhss234 million. A total of 144 properties were granted between first-degree relatives, worth Dhs273 million.

A total of 3,050 real estate transactions worth Dhs10.4 billion were conducted during the week ending May 5th, 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

The DLD report showed that 189 plots were sold for Dhs1.19 billion, 2,239 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs5.11 billion.

The top three transactions were a land in Al Thanayah Fourth sold for AED52 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs40.62 million in Saih Shuaib 2, and a land sold for Dhs35.36 million in Palm Deira in third place.

Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 63 sales transactions worth Dhs188.2 million, followed by MADINAT HIND 4 with 22 sales transactions worth Dhs29.01 million, and Jabal Ali First with 16 sales transactions worth AED58 million in third place.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a was sold for Dhs90 million in Al Merkadh, an apartment was second in the list sold for Dhs78 million in Jumeirah Second, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for Dhs67 million in Burj Khalifa.
