Dubai records Dhs10.4b in weekly realty transactions

The DLD report showed that 189 plots were sold for Dhs1.19 billion, 2,239 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs5.11 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Al Thanayah Fourth sold for AED52 million, followed by a land that was sold for Dhs40.62 million in Saih Shuaib 2, and a land sold for Dhs35.36 million in Palm Deira in third place.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 63 sales transactions worth Dhs188.2 million, followed by MADINAT HIND 4 with 22 sales transactions worth Dhs29.01 million, and Jabal Ali First with 16 sales transactions worth AED58 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a was sold for Dhs90 million in Al Merkadh, an apartment was second in the list sold for Dhs78 million in Jumeirah Second, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for Dhs67 million in Burj Khalifa.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was Dhs3.69 billion, with the highest being a land in Al Barshaa South Third, mortgaged for Dhs653 million. 110 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs497 million. Meanwhile a total of 2,049 real estate transactions worth Dhs10.8 billion were conducted during the week ending April 28th, 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The DLD report said that 172 plots were sold for Dhs1.58 billion, while apartment and villa sales stood at 1,877, totalling Dhs4.23 billion.
The top three sales were a land in Burj Khalifa worth Dhs185 million, a land worth Dhs167.45 million in World Islands, and a Dhs131.23 million land in Madinat Dubai Almelaheyah.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week with 54 sales transactions worth Dhs171.17 million, followed by Madinat Hind 4 with 25 sales transactions worth Dhs36.82 million, and Al Hebiah Third with 21 sales transactions worth Dhs90 million in third place.
