Dubai’s realty deals at Dhs10.7b

A total of 3,035 real estate transactions worth Dhs10.7 billion were conducted during the week ending 31st March, 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

The DLD report said that 158 plots were sold for Dhs1.27 billion, while apartment and villa sales stood at 2,261, totalling Dhs5.11 billion.

The top three sales were a land in Al Khairan First worth Dhs157.08 million, a land worth Dhs67 million in Island 2, and a Dhs59 million land in The World Islands.

Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week with 52 sales transactions worth Dhs165 million, followed by Madinat Hind 4 with 21 sales transactions worth Dhs26.78 million, and Jabal Ali First with 14 sales transactions worth Dhs60 million in third place.

The top three apartment and villa transfers were an Dhs82 million villa, an Dhs57 million apartment and an Dhs55 million apartment in Palm Jumeirah.

The value of mortgaged properties for the week settled at Dhs3.8 billion. Meanwhile, 123 properties were gifted between first-degree relatives worth Dhs597 million.

Dubai’s real estate market recorded 386 sales transactions worth Dhs1.21 billion, in addition to 96 mortgage deals of Dhs988.46 million, and 15 gift deals amounting to Dhs30.26 million on Friday, data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.

The sales included 359 villas and apartments worth Dhs1.08 billion, and 27 land plots worth Dhs130.15 million.

The mortgages included 85 villas and apartments worth Dhs971.94 million and 11 land plots valued at Dhs16.51 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over Dhs2.2 billion.

A total of 3,164 real estate transactions worth Dhs8.6 billion were conducted during the week ending 24th March, 2023, according to figures released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

The DLD report said that 218 plots were sold for Dhs1.9 billion, while apartment and villa sales stood at 2,177, totalling Dhs4.73 billion.
