DUBAI: Scores of experts from the real estate industry and professionals have attended a day-long seminar titled “The Effects of Consistent Learning on Developing Real Estate Careers” as honing their proficiency in the one of the biggest growing segment in the UAE.

The seminar was organised by ThinkProp, an institution specialised in real estate education, at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeriah. The attendees were from all over the UAE and imparted with up-to-date knowledge in the field by the industry experts.

The real estate education firm is based in Abu Dhabi with a branch office in Dubai. This project of organizing a seminar for industry professionals was launched by Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES), and it presents various training courses specialised in the real estate industry and careers, accredited by the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi.  

On this occasion, Moath Maqbol, General Manager of ADRES, stated “the main goal of establishing ThinkProp is to spread real estate knowledge across all real estate sectors and users, from real estate brokers, assessors, surveyors, and managers, through professional courses, training workshops, and real estate library presented by a modern digital platform. We also have a primary partnership with the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi, and we also started working in Dubai where we keep up with what Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) issues as requirements after professionals acquire their certificates.”
