Binghatti Developers has clinched the “Fastest Real Estate Developer” award for project hand over, organised by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), as the fastest developer to complete 10 real estate projects in the past year.

Muhammad Binghatti, CEO and Head of the Architectural Department at “Binghatti Developers” received the award during a ceremony held by the department on the sidelines of Cityscape Dubai Global, the largest real estate event in the GCC, which was held in Dubai World Trade Centre from November 21 to 23.

Binghatti Developers winning of this award is an addition that consolidates their growing reputation as a reliable developer of high-quality residential complexes, thanks to their global experience in real estate development, winning many international awards, including the International Real Estate Award. The company is now on the “Forbes Middle East” list for the top 100 real estate companies in the Arab world.
