Jotun Abu Dhabi, one of the market leaders of decorative and protective paints in the region has successfully participated on the education campaign of the Red Crescent under the slogan of “Let’s be a support to their future” as part of the company corporate responsibility towards the society.

Red Crescent has started children education campaign which is aimed at providing education support to children whose families face financial setbacks. Jotun Abu Dhabi and Red Crescent have been working together in bringing a smile on the faces of many such children, through their efforts.

Last November, Jotun Abu Dhabi team visited the Red Crescent office and donated 10 laptops and 200 school bags with its stationary to several children and their families which will help them with their education needs.

Svein Johan Stub, General Manager, Jotun Abu Dhabi, who visited Red Crescent office was delighted to meet the children and added, “As a market leader, it is important that we always lead with example and we should not forget to fulfil the responsibility we have towards our society. Working with Red Crescent for such a wonderful initiative has been an honour for us. Through this initiative we are able to provide our children with a future and help them achieve their goals in life.”

Speaking about the initiative, The Red Crescent Representative said, “Jotun Abu Dhabi has a long-term commitment to support Red Crescent for many of our initiatives. Through this gesture, we are closer to achieving our goals of providing educational aid to many underprivileged children in Abu Dhabi. We express our gratitude to Jotun Abu Dhabi and we will continue to work together towards many such causes.”

The event was attended by Jotun Abu Dhabi representatives as well as members of Red Crescent at the Red Crescent office in Abu Dhabi.
