Women entrepreneurs make remarkable contributions toward the growth of Dubai economy as large number of small business owners are women, said Nousheen Mukhtar, the organiser of the Women Leadership Summit 2021 held recently in Dubai.

The summit was held to acknowledge and highlight the achievements of women entrepreneurs and was organised by Nousheen Mukhtar International, a Dubai-based media firm. The event invited women from all industries to network, connect and discuss present day challenges related to leadership in the corporate as well as business world. It was held under the patronage of the Private office of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Faisal Al Qassimi.

During the summit, the CEO of Nousheen Mukhtar International and Yes Gulf, shared her vision of supporting women entrepreneurs who own small businesses and would like to see growth. She announced that the summit will be organised every year with the purpose of connecting successful women leaders with aspiring entrepreneurs. She also announced a procession of workshops for women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs will be held to offer learning and development support.  Salwa Abdulaziz Zein, the CEO from the Private office of Sheikh Ahmed Bin Faisal Al Qassimi chaired the event and delivered an empower speech with the announcement of a women’s networking community. The community will offer support in terms of business growth and investments to women entrepreneurs from various industries.
