Al Bandar Rotana, a luxury five-star hotel with a prime waterfront, has been recognised by TripAdvisor, world’s largest travel platform, as the best tourism establishment in terms of service, quality, customer satisfaction for 2021.
Ayman Ashor, Cluster General Manager, Al Bandar Rotana and Arjaan by Rotana mentioned that the TripAdvisor’s recognition is a milestone for his property and a remarkable achievement for the entire team of Al Bandar Rotana despite the COVID-19 challenges.
“This honour is based on guests reviews who enjoyed their stay at Al Bandar Rotana Hotel Dubai, Creek and felt home and safe since Al Bandar Rotana and as part of Rotana Safe Space programme has been fully and properly applied to be secure and guarantee their health & safety.”
The Safe Space Campaign aims to offer a contactless experience to all guests’ barcodes and applying all disinfection measures to contain the spread of virus. “We appreciate and encourage every review and deal with full attention as we seek to always offer best services and exceed guest expectations in all aspects.” Ashor added.
Ashor echoed that they were working closely with the local authorities in implementing all measures to guarantee a worry-free stay for all guests.
