Sharjah’s waterfront project completed

Eagle Hills Sharjah, a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Eagle Hills has announced the completion of its beachfront living destination, Maryam Beach Residence on Maryam Island, Sharjah. The development is the first-of-its-kind luxury waterfront development in Sharjah’s Al Khan and Al Mamzar districts that promises an appealing and new community experience within the Emirate.

Maryam Beach Residence comprises 688 units across four residential buildings including Cyan Beach Residence, Azure Beach Residence, Sapphire Beach Residence and Indigo Beach Residence. The completion and handover of these units, spanning four stunning apartment buildings, marks an important landmark as Sharjah’s premium waterfront development begins to take shape.
