Israel firms to invest in UAE

Israeli companies are interested to foray into the UAE market to invest in various business sectors such as real estate, fintech, blockchain and digital banking platforms. This was stated by Dr Fahed Al Meraabi, Chairman and CEO of Zurich Capital Funds, during an exclusive interview with Gulf Today, adding that they were looking  forward at bringing investment in both ways from the UAE to Israel as well and vice-versa.

Zurich Capital Funds has also launched Cricket Coin in partnership with Israeli companies.

Followed by a week of meetings and negotiations, the parties hold a ceremony recently in Dubai.

As part of the ceremony, a framework agreement for the strategic partnership between the parties was formed to promote companies in the UAE to support blockchain technology and the world of digital currencies and electronic banks.

The Israeli part in the ceremony from the sector of Fintech and finance was represented by  Adi Katz the founder and CEO of R.d Ltd (Levent trading platform) and Group 107 Ltd, Daniel Kibel From Global Capital Markets Trading ltd (CM Trdaing Ltd),  Shay Braverman from Ayalon Investment house Ltd., Roi Katz, Co-founder of Vbond Ltd.

 Guy Amar, CTO and Co founder of Israel IT Ltd, and Mr. Yogev Vaknin, both professionals in the world of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency technologies, were also present and part of the ceremony. The Zurich Capital Funds is also promoting cooperation between local entities and Israeli Cyber and Hi Techchnolgy fabrication companies in the UAE, represented by  Cynthia Tagger - Beatleteam Ltd, Avi Tagger- Mechano Deen Ltd.

Irfan Khan, Financial advisor of Sheikh Saeed Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan organized the event.

The parties had the pleasure of the presence of the Former Vice President of the Israeli Parliament (the Knesset), Yehiel Hilik Bar, who set a warm speech on the importance of the Abraham Accord between Israel and the Emirates and greeted the organizers of the cooperation and the distinguished guests from Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Israel that attended the ceremony.
