The symposium focused on clarifying the mechanisms developed by the UAE legislator for the prevention of projects and businesses from bankruptcy.

It comes within a chain of legal seminars organised by the ACCI to raise the legal awareness of the private sector.

The symposium was held at the Saray Hotel-Ajman in the presence of Mohamed Bin Khalifa Bin Salmeen, Board Member of Ajman Chamber, and Abdullah Omar Al Marzouki, Executive Director of Corporate Registration and Transaction Services. It was also attended by a number of representatives of law firms, lawyers, financial auditors, Chamber’s members, businessmen and university students.

Al Marzouqi said, “The Ajman Chamber within its efforts to support and develop the economy is keen to promote legal awareness among the business community through its legal seminars that highlight the relevant legislations in the economic sector in cooperation with the concerned authorities.

He continued, “The Chamber holds these seminars to ensure the sustainability of the private sector and its capital to meet the aspirations of its members and the investors.
