Fitness Challenge

As we have stretched the end of October with two months down the line for us to turn the leaf into another decade there are lots and lots happening in the UAE. One thing that I support a lot is the fitness challenge. Now that the weather is getting settled and calm, one of the best times for many to loosen up and burn those calories. There are many who are besieged and trying so hard to be fit and during my regular evening walk I see many on a regular basis who do not skip their daily regime.

UAE has many open parks, conveniences and other facilities even which many of us should make use of and personally for me when it comes to my health there is no compromise. With managing work life balance, and the lifestyle out here our muscles and bones need adequate strengthening. At some places I have people who even tell me there are so envious how I lost weight and that they love to take my tips. All of us have a vision and a goal. The fitness challenge is another boost and motivation for many who are a fan of working out and being fit.
