Important debate

Two strong contenders for the 2024 US election, a present President Joe Biden and a former US president Donald Trump’s agreement on one-on-one debate is appreciable but the debate should be productive which is in the best interest of not only the people of America but also the whole world (“Biden, Trump agree to debate on June 27 on CNN,” May 16, Gulf Today website). The United States of America is the only superpower of the world which the world accepts and respects. Being a superpower of the world, it’s its prime responsibility to ensure not only a peaceful America but also a peaceful world.

I hope the debate between President Joe Biden and former president Donald Trump will bring about the best hope for the United States of America and the rest of the world.
