Fitness First

I had never been an outdoor person in my whole life. I rarely ever went out for walking or running in my whole life. I never liked it. But I love to be fit so I go for gym. In India, I would do yoga.

But since I landed in Sharjah I noticed that people here love to go outdoor a lot in the morning. Parks are flooded with people everywhere. Seeing them, I too got inspiration and started going for morning walk. Now it is almost a year since I started walk, I am feel on cloud nine. It is amazing to be out in the morning.

I feel fresh and energetic. I also felt that people in the UAE are fitness freak. There is a very strong culture of being in shape here.  I loved this. I feel fortunate to have come to the UAE.
