There is no doubt about it that Artificial Intelligence is the future of the world. It is so important for the young generation to adopt Artificial Intelligence as a career opportunity and learn the subject on priority and make their skills sound in Artificial Intelligence (“Sharjah forum calls upon libraries to harness artificial intelligence,” Sept.15, Gulf Today website).

According to the report, the Sharjah Prize for Library Literature Forum, organised by Sharjah Public Library (SPL), called upon libraries and knowledge institutions to harness the potential of artificial intelligence in information acquisition. It underscored the importance of embracing eco-friendly knowledge environments and sustainable practices to reduce energy consumption, minimise paper usage, and optimise resource utilisation. Additionally, the forum recommended active involvement of library leaders, readers, and researchers in environmental awareness initiatives.

It’s a great initiative taken by the Sharjah Public Library which called upon libraries and knowledge institutions to promote and provide learning mechanisms of Artificial Intelligence to those who are interested in the new technology, which is the future of the world.
