Great moment

The Holy Month of Ramadan in the UAE and elsewhere has just begun. It is a month of blessings for entire mankind. The month teaches us to be tolerant, patient and caring. The essence of Ramadan is that a worshipper should learn to balance his life completely.  The month of Ramadan is just like a training period for worshippers. This year the UAE residents are very much happy because COVID-19 pandemic had dampened our enthusiasm for two years but this year things are back to normalcy.

Worshippers are very much excited and happy to be back in the mosques. They are offering Taraweeh prayers in the mosque in the night and later they will be able to perform Qiyam ul Layl also. Even women worshippers are allowed to attend Taraweeh prayers. This is indeed a matter of joy for us.  We also take children with us to the mosque where they learn the etiquette of mosque and prayers. Hope we use the Holy Month of Ramadan for the betterment of our character and become better human beings. We also get involved in charitable activities which is the hallmark of this month and the UAE is also very much proactive in these things. We see lots of charitable activities going on throughout the whole month.
