Japanese tailor climbs Malaysia’s highest mountain in a three-piece suit and leather shoes

Videos of Japanese tailor and adventurer Nobutaka Sada went viral on social media, after he climbed Mount Kinabalu, the highest mountain in Malaysia, 4,095 metres high, in a three-piece suit and leather shoes.

He mostly does these kinds of stunts to promote his brand.

Sada wrote on Instagram, “Successfully climbed Mount Kinabalu, Malaysia's highest peak in Borneo, with SADA's custom-made suit! A mountain higher than Mt. Fuji with an altitude of 4095m! In addition, we stayed in a hut on the middle of the mountain, climbed up a steep climb in the starlight, and were able to see the sunrise at the top of the mountain! We climbed an altitude difference of 2,300m in tropical humidity and rain, but SADA's custom-made suits kept us up to the level of being able to attend a business meeting! SADA's custom-made suits are safe to climb Mt. Kinabalu.”

Sada has previously climbed Japan's highest peak, Mount Shiroma (2,932 metres), ran the Tokyo Marathon, skied the slopes of Hokkaido and dived in the Genkai Sea.

The sight of the Japanese "businessman" in a suit climbing Mount Kinabalu attracted a lot of attention.
