A lioness was on the loose in the city of Sabahiya in Kuwait, causing panic among the residents of the area.
Community members informed the authorities about the wild animal.
The video of the incident is doing the rounds on social media platforms.
Kuwaiti media quoted a security source as saying that the Ministry of Interior received a report about seeing a lioness wandering on a road.
A team went to the place where the animal was spotted.
The team managed to capture the lioness.
A thorough investigation revealed that owner of the wild beast was identified.
The authorities said the lioness belonged to a Kuwaiti girl, noting that the girl’s father coordinated with the people who raised the animal.
