Car crashes into a shopping store in Sharjah, no injuries reported

Excessive speed and sudden swerving led a vehicle driven by an Asian woman to storm into a shopping store and smash its glass facade in Sharjah on Thursday morning.

Police patrols and the national ambulance rushed to the scene based on a report by a passerby at about 11:30am in which he said a vehicle driven by an Asian woman hit the facade of a store and stormed into it after suddenly swerving while driving at a high speed.

The damaged car is seen.

The vehicle climbed the front sidewalk of the store and the front of the vehicle settled inside in Maysaloon along Al Zahra Street in Sharjah.

As a result of the accident, the façade of the store was smashed and the display shelves were damaged but no human injuries were reported.
