Man beaten up and robbed of Dhs4,000 in Dubai

 A 25-year-old Asian was arrested and referred to criminal court, for brutally beating up and mugging a man of Dhs4,000 in one of Dubai’s streets.

On the day of the incident, the defendant and his two other runaway accomplices had spotted the victim around 1:00am walking down the street at his residential area in Dubai.

They suddenly attacked him and restrained his movement, then took turns in beating him up. They grabbed his phone and wallet, which contained Dhs4,090 and fled the scene.

Police arrived to the scene and took descriptions of the defendants, then investigations were carried out to find their whereabouts.

Awhile after, they were identified and apprehended, and are now facing assault and robbery charges.
