Scrolling through Netflix after a long day has become a staple in many households.  And we can all admit that there are quite a lot of good shows to watch on Netflix, but which of the original series is the best?

From fashionistas traipsing around Europe to comic book superheroes; from the world of sci-fi to animated comedies, the streaming platform has it all. So, if you’re trying to figure out exactly which original show to watch next but you’re struggling to narrow down your list, our cover story this week is a great place to start.

First on our list is “Emily in Paris,” a guilty pleasure for a lot of us. Produced by Darren Star of “Sex and the City” fame, the series follows Emily Cooper (Lily Collins) as she relocates to Paris in search of a new career. A new season is coming in December, so watch out for that.

Unless you have been living under a rock, you may have definitely heard of the popular Korean drama “Squid Game,” which is about people in financial debt contesting to be paid by playing a series of traditional children’s games. However, if you lose, the consequences are dire.

In other news this week, if you are a fan of fall’s favourite pumpkin spice, our food story features not one but two recipes of pumpkin cheesecake.
