Uganda would consider granting asylum to ousted Sudanese president Omar Al Bashir, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC), a state minister said on Tuesday.
Sudan’s ruling military council said on Tuesday that a brother of ousted president Omar al-Bashir who it previously announced had been detained was actually not in custody.
Authorities had "seized 6.9 million euros, $351,770 and 5.7 million Sudanese pounds at (Bashir's) home which he acquired and used illegally," the judge said.
