Hello world! Is that not how we are all feeling as we slowly begin to emerge from our houses back into society? This week we are looking at how the UAE is slowly but surely beginning to open up and the way we should be conducting ourselves as we start to ease back into normal life.

Some beaches are open again and we know it’s hot and some of you might be dying to dip your toes into that stunning blue water. But there are serious safety measures in place along with hefty fines for not following them. Be aware of this. Go to the beach, just follow the rules and wear your mask while maintaining social distancing.

Gyms and salons are opening up as well. Headkase salon is doing a fantastic job of keeping everything safe and clean for clients. They’ve even gone as far as installing partitions between hair washing stations. Nail salons also have technicians wearing masks and face visors to ensure maximum protection and peace of mind for clients.

If you are not wanting to head to the gym just yet, or if your gym has not opened yet, then consider doing online classes or personal training sessions. Fitness 180 is offering both virtually and it is an excellent way to motivate yourself from the comfort and safety of your own home. We all know how difficult it has been to work out alone.

We are all excited after being cooped up for so long but we cannot reiterate enough the importance of following the rules. The rules are in place for everyone’s safety so do not be ignorant and flaunt them. We are all in this together and will come out of this together.
