The UAE has participated in the celebrations marking the Italian national day here in the presence of President Sergio Mattarella, and heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Rome.
UAE Ambassador Omar Obaid Mohammed Al Shamsi conveyed the greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to the Italian president and people.
The Italian leader reciprocated the greetings, wishing continuing prosperity and progress to the UAE people and leadership.
