His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, pardoned 587 prisoners of different nationalities from Dubai’s correctional and punitive establishments ahead of Ramadan.
The gesture is part of Sheikh Mohammed's attempt to provide prisoners an opportunity to start a new life and to relieve their families hardships.
