The Big Ticket in Abu Dhabi organizers have finally traced the Indian expat who won Dhs10 million in the raffle draw.
The winner Ravindra Boloor from Mumbai, India, is currently in his native city. The Big Ticket learned that Ravindra’s registered phone number belongs to his daughter.
The Big Ticket said on Twitter, “Thank you, everyone, for helping us find Ravi! We are finally able to reach him and he is ecstatic about winning the Big 10 Million grand prize! Thank you once again to all of you and best of luck to everyone participating in our Fantastic 15 draw this month.”
Earlier, the Big Ticket’s host Richard phoned Ravindra to inform him of the jackpot news. A lady answered. She said, “Ravindra is in Mumbai now. He will be back in the UAE in a week’s time.”
After being hardpressed for information, the woman said she was his daughter.
Host Richard has made a video appeal, “Help us find Ravi!”
Richard vehemently appeals to everyone to help the Big Ticket to locate the winner. The video said, “Help us find Ravi! He has won 10 million dirhams from Big Ticket and he doesn’t know! We believe he is currently in India. Please share and help us find Ravi!”
The Big Ticket congratulated Ravindra on winning the jackpot on its Facebook account. Ravindra’s ticket number was 085524.
