Students share ideas on public transport service

DUBAI: The students of Al Mawakeb School in Dubai have held a brainstorming session with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) focusing on the best ways of having public transport service.

The session was carried out in collaboration with a non-profit organisation, INJAZ UAE. The students were of Grades 10 to 12.

“The aim of the session was to familiarise them with RTA services, transit means and taxis in Dubai,” said the Director of Knowledge and Innovation at RTA’s Strategy and Corporate Governance Sector, Mohammed Al Ali.

He said the session focused on the potential challenges in this field with the aim of generating creative ideas from students to cope with such challenges.
