Dubai art exhibition to run till June 24

DUBAI: Fine Art Gallery, Dubai in collaboration with Art4You Gallery hosted the exquisite art of different nationality artists, in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan.

The exhibition curated by Jesno Jackson entitled “Tales of Arabia” Ramadan Exhibition was unveiled on June 12  and will run till June 24  at the Fine Art Gallery. The exhibition is showcasing paintings depicting the blessed tradition and religious celebration of Ramadan, which has the creativity of artists who observe Ramadan, and the perspectives of Holy Month with a collection of variety medium pieces expressing their views, opinion and social commentary of what Ramadan means to them. The exhibition features 55 pieces of art, including paintings and works on paper from international artists.

Rengi Cherian, Founder of Art4you says, “We are pleased to share the artworks and inspire us with artistic talent. Ramadan is very important to the Muslims and the exhibition will help them reflect and strengthen their faiths. Likewise, this will allow non-Muslims to learn more about Ramadan and appreciate this holy occasion. This Ramadan art exhibition is also a testament that Ramadan fully supports the enrichment of art and religion in the region.”

Through this event we strive to contribute to the well-being of the community while fostering responsible thinking. I would like to thank all the artists who have come together in this endeavour to give back to society through their creativity. The UAE based Art4You Community takes pride in promoting art in the Middle East and making it accessible to all by creating a more social community within the emirates through innovative and collaborative events.

“Tales of Arabia” which showcases paintings on the culture, tradition and rich heritage of the UAE. It is fresh and exciting and reflects on life in the UAE region. The exhibition includes works from Emirati artist Ahmed Rukni, Amal Bin Lootah; Egyptian painter Rasha Maed; French Painter Anga Anga;  Kavita Sriram from India; Elizabeth Bruce from Scotland ; Neivine Meguid from Australia; Manisha Mohnani from India; Omani Artist- Samar Alazawi; Indian artists-Anjini Laitu, Jayamani, Jyothi Sethi, Varsha Surekha, Jesno Jackson & Krish; Nirupama Ashok, Tarini Agarwal from Oman, Ruxeena Mustafa from UAE, Reem Alsubiy from Saudi, Nour Abu Ghaida from Palestine; Mohamed from Iran.

The Exhibition is open to the public from June end of Ramadanto Eidfrom 10am till 8pm.
