The new study regarding COVID-19, a deadly pandemic which killed millions of people around the world, alarmed the world once again as scientists said  ‘heart failure pandemic’ after coronavirus disaster is more likely (“Study predicts ‘heart failure pandemic’ after COVID-19,” Dec.31, Gulf Today website).

According to the report, a team of Japanese researchers have predicted the risk of a “heart failure pandemic” as a result of COVID-19, stressing the need for developing countermeasures.

COVID-19 infections have raised the risk of heart failure from persistent viral infection in their hearts, even without developing heart disease, said the team. There is no doubt that the world had a very bad experience dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, but the way the world had fought against the COVID-19 and defeated it is so laudable and exemplary.

Life and death is in the hands of Almighty Allah. I am sure the world is fully prepared to fight against predicted “heart failure pandemic” unitedly and will make the world “heart failure pandemic” free as well.
