US police offer $50,000 reward for information on killer of a Jordanian

The American police offered a financial reward of up to $50,000, in exchange for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of the young Jordanian Hamza Abu Halawa and another person.

Hamza Abu Halawa, while working as a taxi driver, was killed when the car came under fire from unknown persons, which led to the car colliding with a number of cars, and he and the passenger next to him died instantly, while a third person was injured as a result of the collision.

Osama Abu Halawa, the victim's cousin, revealed that Hamza traveled to the United States to fulfill his "American dream" that he had since teens, according to US media.

He pointed out that Hamza Abu Halawa (32 years old) was working to maintain his family in Jordan, and that the accident that occurred on Sunday destroyed the lives of the family members.

Osama Abu Halawa confirmed that Hamza was planning to bring his wife and two twin daughters (3 years old) to live with him in the United States, especially since his wife holds American citizenship.

The US police identified the first victim in the accident, Othaniel Jeth (34 years old), and that there is a third person injured in the accident, whose identity has not been announced, but he is cooperating during the investigations.
