The UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has greeted the citizens and residents on the occasion of Prophet’s (PBUH) birthday.

“On the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), we continue to be guided by his noble character, his timeless values, and his inspirational legacy of kindness, friendship and empathy for all of humanity.” tweeted Sheikh Mohamed.

Prophet’s birthday falls on the 12^th of the Rabi Al Awal, which is the third month of the Hijri year, every year.

This year 12^th of Rabi Al Awal 1444, corresponds to Oct.8. 2022 (Saturday).

The UAE has declared Oct.8 a paid holiday for both public and private sectors.
