Videos circulating on social media showed a powerful explosion, followed by the appearance of a ball of fire that rose to a great height.

The official agency confirmed that the explosion occurred in a Hamas warehouse in the northern Burj refugee camp, noting that it resulted in deaths and injuries, without specifying the number of casualties.

The reasons for the explosions are not yet known, while the Lebanese army cordoned off the area and prevented entry and exit from the camp, according to the agency.
