VIDEO: Egyptian youth stabbed 17 times to death by men over dispute

An Egyptian man known as Amir Farouk, 24 from the Egyptian city of Tanta was murdered by young men who lured him to the street near his house and tore his body after stabbing him 17 times with knives, due to previous dispute.

The crime was documented by surveillance cameras, and caused outrage, according to the local media on Wednesday.

The crime video shows a group of young men riding motorcycles, stopping suddenly, after they lured the victim to a street.

They had a verbal altercation, and then they attacked him with knives, and fled from the scene.

The security bodies quickly unloaded the cameras in the area to identify the perpetrators, who were arrested within a few hours after the crime.

The Public Prosecution started interrogations and authorized the burial of the victim's body, which took place in the presence of his family in a state of great sadness.

They carried banners calling for retribution for him under the slogan "Retribution for the Martyr of Treachery."

Security investigations revealed that there were previous disputes between the victim and the perpetrators.

They were sent in custody for 4 days pending investigations.
