Police in the Moroccan city of Casablanca have arrested a reckless person after he obstructed a public road through which trams pass in order to drink a cup of coffee.

He posted the video on social media platforms, drawing anger during the past two days.

In the video, the reckless young man set up a table and chair on the tram tracks in Casablanca.

As soon as the tram approached, the young man sat on the chair, and lit a cigarette.

A waiter handed him over a cup of coffee.

He was relishing his coffee while the tram was forced to stop behind him.

The authorities began their investigations into the incident.

The youth and the people involved in the video were finally arrested and legal measures will be taken against them for blocking and disturbing public life in the city.

Authorities have urged everyone to refrain from such acts to gain popularity on social media platforms.
