Sharjah Civil Defence puts out car fire in record time

Teams of the Civil Defence in Sharjah brought a car fire under control in record time in a public parking lot near the Clock Tower roundabout in Sharjah.
The Civil Defence Operations Room was alerted about the fire at 8:21 pm. Firefighting teams were dispatched to the scene.
The teams extinguished the fire in nearly a minute.
The police patrols cordoned off the location and began to organise the traffic.
They also moved the vehicles parked next to the car on fire.
Other cars were not affected. There were no reports of casualties.
The Civil Defence Department in Sharjah appealed to the public to cooperate with firefighters. They urged the members of the public not to gather at fire site. They have also asked the public to quickly report any fire.
