American Nikki Vasconez, 33, from Philadelphia, left her £60,000 job as a lawyer to pursue her "dream career" as a "pet psychic," and is now making more money because she is overwhelmed by demands from curious animal owners.

As a pet therapist, Nikki Vasconez has trained herself to talk to animals.

And just a year after she first started reading into animals in September 2020, she started advertising her services on social media (Instagram and TikTok), and soon found a list of dates for months.

"I was unhappy with my job as a lawyer, I was working long hours, I was unhappy, but I was very afraid of change," Nikia said.

“I started pet training for family and friends, and some strangers’ animals for free, but as soon as I created accounts on social media, I started getting a constant following, and it wasn’t long before the requests started pouring in, I couldn’t believe it and had to set up a queue of a total of 4,000 people asking me to hug their animals.”

She said I would look at the animals, and ask them a series of questions telepathically, before she would say the answers.
